We are "rooted in the word" and "reaching God's world".
"Thy word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path." Psalm 119: 105
That path leads us to serve others in Harford County and beyond.
All ages are invited to join with our church family as a team from Forest Hill prepares meals to feed those in need at the Care Food Night Ministry at Calvary Baptist Church. We provide and serve meals on a rotating Monday night schedule with six other churches in Harford County. See Laura N. for more information.
On the 3rd Sunday of each month at 1:30 pm a group from Forest Hill goes with Pastor VanBemmel as he leads worship for the residents of Hart Heritage Assisted Living on Rocks Rd. This includes a devotional, prayer, songs and lots of smiles.
The goal of RUF International is to welcome people from all nations and reflect God's grace to an international audience.
Forest Hill supports Jacob and Pei Jasin and their campus ministry to Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. They reach students at Johns Hopkins with the hope of Christ and equip them for a lifetime of flourishing and service in the church, their community, and the wider world.
We support Autumn Topf and her ministry to the Harford County Chapter of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Their mission is to lead every coach and athlete into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His church. They hold camps, huddles and events throughout our county.
We don't have access to a building during the week but we had Vacation Bible School at Friends Park just around the corner from our church! It was awesome!
Watch for our next VBS!
A team from Forest Hill will be returning to West Virginia again this year for a summer mission with ImpactWV from July 5- 12. Projects take place in and around Fairmont, which is in the heart of West Virginia's "coal country." Homes are repaired and repainted, decks and ramps built, and children are encouraged through local Parks n Rec/VBS. Some will work in the kitchen, others might help with the music. Relationship building is the key and these relationships open the door to sharing the gospel.
There is a ministry for everyone!
